From March 1992 until September 2000, I was a support professional at Microsoft. One of my many duties in this role was the development of articles for the Microsoft Knowledge Base. In my eight and a half years at Microsoft, I wrote over 1250 articles: I'm the 4th most prolific article writer in Microsoft history. Since I was in the Office/Excel group, my concentration was on articles related to Office and Excel. However, some of my earlier articles deal with Windows and other associated stuff (like the Windows Sound System). At any rate, I've compiled a listing here of all of my articles. (NOTE: This does not count articles that were "cloned" for other languages or newer product versions, and for which I have received writing credit.
